Refund policy
We have a 10-day exchange only, no refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Items purchased during a sale are final and can not be exchanged or refunded.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our return policies are rather strict as we do a lot of custom orders and it is difficult to resell products that have been created to a certain individuals taste.
